This section will go into the devices that I have in my inventory, their status, and what they do. There are 3 statuses that each one of my phone can be in. These statuses will make sense as you read through the section. The statuses are as follows:
- Active
- inactive
- Retired
Active means the device is in use, and serves the role of a telephone. This makes the most sense, and when you call me, you would be likely to ring one of my active devices that I would have. Inactive is when the device is functioning, and I wish to be active, but there is a circumstance that prevents this device from being used. Retired is when the device is no longer in service, but I can put it back into service if the need should arise. In most cases, I will use a device until it can no longer function properly, and then I will recycle the device.
When a phone is active, you would see the Active status at the top of the content, and that the word active is linked. This link will allow you to call then number just by selecting the link. This is designed to make your life easier if you should for some reason needed to call a particular device.
