I had decided to buy an iPhone years ago. When I decided on the iPhone, I decided on the iPhone 12 Pro which at the time was brand new. However, my mistake is I didn’t get the Pro Max which if I did, it would likely still be in service. For now, the iPhone 12 Pro is sitting on the desk, and not being used until it is called to duty. If something was to happen to my iPhone 14 though, it would likely be replaced with a new phone rather than going back to the 12 Pro. There is nothing wrong with the iPhone 12 Pro, but I will imagine that the battery is not in the best shape since at time of writing this page (2026-05-27), the phone is more than 5 years old. Still, otherwise – it is functional if not for the screen.
