This is my home phone. I have 2 of Ooma’s older handsets which still works well enough. There is no SMS features, and all incoming calls are free to me with the caller paying for the call. As for me and making outgoing calls, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and the US is considered as domestic call. I don’t know anyone living outside of the US, but it is still a nice feature to have since I have their premiere service plan.
