Mint Mobile is my the carrier for the primary telephone that I have. I would like to find a better solution as since I stopped annually paying my phone service, my data suddenly gone very fast by me doing nothing. I find this as a shady coincidence. I had wanted to like Visible, but I don’t like how they handle voicemail services, and for the price I would have been paying, they should have gotten their voicemail done correctly. With that said, if anyone knows of a budget carrier that I will be able to move to, I will be all ears.
Mint Mobile charges $105+taxes every 3 months for unlimited voice, SMS, and 15GB of data per month. Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, and the United States are all considered as domestic calling, and therefore included with my voice plan. Everyone I talk to is in the US, so I am not benefitting from the expanded calling area, but it is still nice to have. As mentioned, there is a number lock on the telephone number. This means I have to jump through hoops to move my eSIM to another device. To the best of my knowledge, the customer service can not allow a port, or unlock the number so it can be ported without my intervention.
